A robust network of farmers and fishermen allow us to source everything from olive oil to seafood locally. In fact, nearby Mayport still accounts for the majority of wild shrimp caught today and is a favorite place to purchase seafood.
Cabin Bluff is also one of the only destinations guests can have their daily catch prepared by a gourmet Chef and served that evening. Ceviche is the perfect dish for fresh caught fish, and great as a hors d’oeuvre with cocktails before dinner. Nighttime anglers have the opportunity to catch at night and enjoy the following day. Fish and grits, a true Southern staple, is a popular request for breakfast.
