COOK 1 (4991BR):
Would you like to be part of a quality team preparing exceptional meals for guests in the unique environment that is Cabin Bluff? We have an opening for a Cook 1, acting as a member of the line staff in the kitchen for scratch-cooking meal preparation. The position is primarily assigned to prepare the evening meal, although flexibility in hours and schedule are required. You need a high school diploma or equivalent. Additional culinary training and degree are preferred. You must have a minimum of five years of demonstrated relevant culinary qualification and scratch-cooking experience in a hotel, resort or quality restaurant. FISHING GUIDE (6016BR):
Here's an opportunity to provide boat captain/fishing guide services for an upscale resort on the southeastern Georgia coast. Guide fishing charters, water tours, and excursions of Cumberland Island. Will be expected to maintain boats, marine equipment and support other areas of resort marine operation. Experience in all aspect of fishing, inshore, flats, offshore will be helpful. Must have a high school diploma and five years of experience as a fishing guide. Current Coast Guard captain's license (minimum OUPV 6 passenger) for at least three years required. GUEST SERVICES/HOUSEKEEPING -- TEMPORARY POSITION (6242BR):
Heres a chance to deliver the kind of service and attention that makes our Cabin Bluff guests feel pampered. Working as part of our Guest Services team, you will clean and prepare guest rooms and other service areas to the exceptional standards that set Cabin Bluff apart. Although the primary focus of this position is housekeeping, you may also be required to provide food and beverage/bartending service when the need arises. QUAIL HUNTING GUIDE (6243BR):
Become part of a team committed to creating an extraordinary guest hunting and shooting experience. As a Cabin Bluff quail hunting guide, you will assist guests in their hunting and outdoor recreation experiences -- including quail, deer, turkey, and hog hunting -- and sporting clays and five-stand shooting activities. Guides also provide support to other Cabin Bluff departments including facilities maintenance, guest services, and food and beverage services. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of five (5) years of experience as a professional hunting guide and/or dog handler, a thorough understanding of and proficiency in bird dog and flushing dog training, and a valid driver's license.
