Become part of a team providing exceptional guest experiences in the unique environment that is Cabin Bluff! We are looking for someone who loves working with food and is passionate about producing a quality product and culinary experience. The Cook 1 acts as lead worker in the kitchen for scratch-cooking meal preparation and provides day-to-day operational coordination for the food and beverage service staff at Cabin. Flexibility in hours and schedule are required. You need a high school diploma or equivalent. Additional culinary training and degree are strongly preferred. You must have a minimum of five years of preparation in combined education and experience including three years of demonstrated relevant culinary qualification and scratch-cooking experience in a hotel, resort or quality restaurant; additional experience may substitute for the culinary training.
