Register now for the inaugural Cabin Bluff Tarpon Cup!

Join us this August for the inaugural Cabin Bluff Tarpon Cup! Presented by Hell's Bay Boatworks, this two day catch & release tournament will benefit the Bonefish & Tarpon Trust and their tarpon genetics research program. The field will consist of twelve two-man guided teams, vying for the prestigious Tarpon Cup Trophy. You will be joined by Legendary Angler and Hell’s Bay founder Flip Pallot, along with special guest Dr. Aaron Adams, Director of Operations of the Bonefish & Tarpon Trust. All fishing will be based out of our beautiful location on the Cumberland River.

The tournament will begin on Thursday evening the 21st of August with a welcome gathering and captain’s meeting, which will include a Lowcountry boil, cocktails and a presentation by Dr. Aaron Adams. Friday will be the first day of tournament fishing, followed by cocktails and dinner. Saturday will be the final day of fishing with the awards dinner to follow. During the two days of fishing, Dr. Adams will be conducting tarpon DNA samples on several of the fish that are caught during the tournament. These samples will play an integral part in the BTT genetics study that is currently in process. Proceeds that are generated from this tournament will be used to continue the important research that Dr. Adams and his team are performing to better understand this amazing game fish.
